I installed the add-on but eSafely doesn't appear to be working - what should I do?

After installing the add-on you may need to restart your browser or, in the case of Internet Explorer, enable the add-on in your browser's extension settings.

Is eSafely a customizable add-on?

Currently eSafely's only user settings are to enable/disable or remove the add-on. These are found in the extensions/add-ons management screen of your web browser.

How can I send feedback to help improve eSafely?

We love to receive suggestions on how we can further improve our product, and also rely on our users involvement in providing feedback when things don't work well. Feedback can be sent through our Contact Us page.

Will any of my private data be saved or shared by eSafely?

Personal information such as your IP address and browser version may be temporarily stored for the purpose of completing user requests such as searches and may be shared with our partners for reporting purposes. The data collected does not specifically identify you as a user and can only be mapped back to your Internet Service Provider, not to you directly.
